Thailand Travel Myths

Allison Sodha

Travelers, hop on over and check out my most recent article on Travelhoppers - Thailand Travel Myths. There are several misconceptions about traveling in Thailand, ranging from the sex culture (not all male tourists are seeking prostitutes) to ice (not all water is contaminated). What would you add to the list?

If you follow Sodha Travel on social media, you know we recently returned from another 12-day trip to Thailand. Our program took us to Bangkok, Kanchanaburi, Ayutthaya, Phitsanulok, Sukothai, Lampang, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Tachai, and Phang Nga Hong. (It was a busy trip!) Here are a few photos from our program:

Sodha Travel was born from my desire to share the beauty of India with the world. Since then, our services have extended to other destinations - but our passion remains the same. To me, traveling is a multifaceted relationship: a relationship with other cultures, a relationship with other people, and ultimately a relationship with our own self.
