DEPOSIT:

A 30% deposit, per person, is required to hold your land reservation. If Sodha Travel reserves air travel on behalf of the passenger, 100% of airfare cost is due at time of deposit. Your total deposit amount is stated on your invoice.

FINAL PAYMENTS: Unless otherwise stated, the final payment is due no later than 45 days prior to departure for individuals and 60 days prior to departure for groups.

Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Check: We accept personal checks and bank checks. No money orders, please. We highly recommend mailing your check overnight priority, as your reservation cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please mail your check to:

RESERVATIONS: Step 2

If you are paying your invoice using the Credit Card Authorization Form or by Check, and you agree to Sodha Travel's Terms & Conditions, please proceed to Step 2. 

CHANGES:

Land Package: We will do everything possible to change your original reservation. However, this may result in a change fee, paid by the passenger. We cannot accept changes within 15 days of departure.

Airfare: We will do everything possible to change your original reservation. However, this may result in a change fee paid by the passenger. If no seats are available on the changed date of travel, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to accommodate a revised schedule.

CANCELLATIONS:

Land Package: Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Depending on the tour package and time of cancellation, a refund may be offered to the passenger. We do not offer a standard refund policy. Each policy is dependent on package variables and will be provided in writing once a package is reserved. We regret that no money can be refunded if cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to departure. To protect your purchase, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Airfare: We regret that no refund is offered for air travel. Depending on the airline, it may be possible to change the travel date and/or apply the amount toward future travel itineraries. This may result in a change fee, paid by the passenger. No guarantees can be made. To protect your purchase, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We highly recommend trip insurance to cover unforeseen travel conditions, medical expenses and/or trip cancellation. If you wish to purchase travel insurance with your package, please contact us for more information.
