To reserve your program, please review the following conditions and complete our online reservation form.

Payment Terms

DEPOSIT: A 30% deposit per person is required to reserve your land services. 100% of the airfare cost is due to confirm flights. Your total deposit amount is stated on your invoice.

FINAL PAYMENTS: Unless otherwise stated, the balance is due no later than 45 days prior to travel for individuals and 60 days prior to travel for groups.

If you prefer to have our office process your payment, please complete the credit card authorization form.

Changes

We will do everything possible to change your original reservation. Any change fees are the responsibility of the traveler.

Airfare: If no seats are available on the changed date of travel, it will be the responsibility of the traveler to accommodate a revised schedule.

Cancellations

Land: Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Depending on the inclusions and time of cancellation, a refund may be offered to the traveler. We do not offer a standard refund policy. Each policy is dependent on travel variables and will be provided in writing once a program is reserved. We regret that no money can be refunded if cancellation is made within 45 days of travel. To protect your purchase, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Air: We regret that no refund is offered for air travel. Depending on the airline, it may be possible to change the travel date and/or apply the amount toward future travel itineraries. No guarantees can be made. To protect your purchase, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
